Summary
Join CookUnity's Talent Acquisition team in Buenos Aires as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and own the full recruitment process, partnering with hiring teams across the Americas. You will act as a strategic talent advisor, build candidate pipelines, champion employer branding, and ensure a smooth hiring process. This hybrid role is primarily remote but includes some in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth companies, with proven experience recruiting for US and Argentina-based teams. Fluency in English is required, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in in-house full-cycle recruiting in high-growth, product-driven companies, with recent experience hiring Data and Product roles across different seniorities
- Proven experience recruiting for both US and Argentina-based teams, partnering with global hiring managers
- Fluent in English (advanced/bilingual level) – both written and verbal communication are key in this role
- Tech-savvy with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is a plus)
- Strong stakeholder management skills – comfortable influencing hiring decisions and partnering with leadership
- Highly resourceful, proactive, and adaptable – able to pivot quickly and thrive in ambiguity
- Detail-oriented and process-driven – able to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a seamless candidate experience
- A bias for action – you take ownership and make things happen with urgency and excellence
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, especially in tech, across teams in the U.S., Canada and LATAM (mostly Argentina), ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
- Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, providing data-driven recommendations, market insights, and structured hiring processes
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, leveraging sourcing strategies to identify and engage A+ talent proactively
- Champion employer branding initiatives, crafting compelling outreach messaging and positioning CookUnity as an employer of choice
- Ensure a smooth and structured hiring process, including intake meetings, candidate screening, technical interviews and debriefing sessions
- Manage offers, negotiations, and reference checks, ensuring alignment between candidate expectations and business needs
- Elevate recruitment best practices, continuously optimizing processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency and hiring success
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of US, Canada & LatAm talent markets, staying ahead of hiring trends
- Experience in employer branding and crafting compelling talent attraction strategies
- Data-driven mindset – experience using metrics to measure and optimize recruiting performance
- Passion for building high-performance teams and driving meaningful business impact through talent
