Summary

Join our customer success team as a Junior Account Manager to provide support for individual teams, take ownership of accounts, and ensure client engagement with the platform.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ of experience within a professional environment
  • Love tackling difficult challenges, with a positive attitude, and always strive to find the best solution for the client
  • Commercial-focused mindset, keeping the customer at the core of everything you do
  • Thriving working in a fast-paced environment and having an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring
  • Natural communication skills, not afraid of phone, virtual, and in-person engagement

Responsibilities

  • Offering a premium experience for our clients by gaining a thorough understanding of their business goals and ensuring that Doctify meets them
  • Building relationships with your portfolio of clients, ensuring their overall satisfaction with our software and increased revenues
  • Conducting client meetings over the phone, virtually and in-person
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs across our client base and internally
  • Conveying the best practice examples that drive ROI and increased engagement
  • Developing strong relationships with our internal teams to support your accounts
