Junior Account Manager

Summary

The company is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their expanding team in Mumbai. The candidate should have relevant experience working with digital agencies on personal skincare brands and excellent client engagement skills. Responsibilities include providing excellent client service, collaborating with the studio team, managing account finances, and ensuring timely billing and reporting revenue. Requirements include 1 year of experience in a digital agency, excellent client engagement skills, demonstrable account management experience, ability to manage account finances, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team.

Requirements

• Relevant 1yr experience working with a digital agency on personal skincare brands
• Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
• Demonstrable account management experience and a proven track record of managing global clients and campaigns
• The ability to effectively and proactively manage account finances and invoicing
• Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to the design studio output
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
• Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service

Responsibilities

• Day to day contact for Beauty brands providing excellent client service and supporting the onsite U-Studio team
• Working with the wider account team and collaborating with the studio including digital designers and Studio manager
• Ensure you understand how to report and manage operational income for their projects in a timely and accurate manner
• Accountable for timely billing and reporting revenue to the Group Account Director
• Work with the studio to manage timings plans
