Requirements

  • Good knowledge of customer relationship management, and sales principles
  • Previous experience in B2B or a sales environment, in general, is a bonus
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and have excellent problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Strong motivation to grow and deliver results; passionate about sales
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a bonus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Take proactive steps to foster and enhance existing client relationships and ensure retention
  • Manage client renewals
  • Provide ongoing account & sales support to existing customers
  • Address basic technical issues or escalate them to senior team members/tech support
  • Help identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities
  • Inform existing customers of product updates
  • Assist the team to exceed sales goals and handle all inquiries in a timely manner
  • Manage Customer Relations Management (CRM) system proactively
