Summary
Join Hightouch as an Associate Recruiter to partner with the hiring team and create a top-notch candidate experience, sourcing top candidates and building efficient scheduling processes.
Requirements
- Have experience sourcing top talent for revenue teams
- Be very familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Ideally have spent some time in a recruiting coordinator role and/or administrative role
- Be incredibly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Be proactive in identifying problems and providing solutions
- Thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment
- Be creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done
Responsibilities
- Schedule and own the entire coordination experience for candidates for our GTM recruiting team
- Source top-tier candidates
- Build efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that result in highly positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team
- Develop trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters
- Communicate effectively with the interview team, recruiting team, and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience
