Requirements

  • Have experience sourcing top talent for revenue teams
  • Be very familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Ideally have spent some time in a recruiting coordinator role and/or administrative role
  • Be incredibly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Be proactive in identifying problems and providing solutions
  • Thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment
  • Be creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and own the entire coordination experience for candidates for our GTM recruiting team
  • Source top-tier candidates
  • Build efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that result in highly positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team
  • Develop trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team, recruiting team, and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience
