Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using online sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a positive attitude
  • Professional proficiency in the English language is required
  • Knowledge of other international languages is an asset but not necessary

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Utilize various online platforms and tools to source potential candidates
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents as needed
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and clear communication
  • Collect and provide feedback to candidates after interviews
  • Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the recruitment process
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information
  • Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track key metrics
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment tools
  • Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance recruiting skills
