Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using online sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a positive attitude
- Professional proficiency in the English language is required
- Knowledge of other international languages is an asset but not necessary
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Utilize various online platforms and tools to source potential candidates
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents as needed
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and clear communication
- Collect and provide feedback to candidates after interviews
- Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the recruitment process
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track key metrics
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment tools
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance recruiting skills
