Junior CRM Developer

Summary

Join Granicus as a Junior Developer-CRM and contribute to a team supporting Simpleview’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will generate reports, customize client websites, and work with project managers to gather requirements. This entry-level position offers opportunities for quick advancement. Responsibilities include testing completed work, managing change requests, maintaining project notes, and tracking time accurately. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, functional and object-oriented programming, and HTTP are required. Experience with JavaScript, SQL, and ColdFusion is helpful. Responsibilities

• Generate reports using provided templates, basic SQL, ColdFusion, and JavaScript
• Customize client web sites using CSS, JavaScript, Coldfusion, and SQL
• Work with CRM Project Managers and Analysts to review work orders and gather any additional requirements that are required
• Test all completed work to ensure proper and error free functionality
• Complete and respond to all change requests
• Follow best-practices and standards and demonstrated by your leads
• Update all project notes and statuses daily within the internal Simpleview system
• Maintain accurate time records
• Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program
• Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies

Preferred Qualifications

It is helpful to have a basic understanding of JavaScript, SQL, ColdFusion, or other server-side scripting languages
