Summary

The employee will work on the development of the orthoses and scanner portfolio, collaborating with experts and external partners. Requirements

• Analytical mindset to translate company goals into concrete projects
• Comfortable with all facets of product development
• Ability to communicate design process and outcomes in a compelling and structured manner
• Think conceptually and share ideas quickly
• Empathize with Manometric's patients and translate patient insights into design solutions
• Experience in user research, concept development, embodiment design, and design for manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Development of Manometric's orthoses and scanner portfolio
• Work closely with experts, engineers, software developers, and designers
• Collaborate with external partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D-printing, soft-goods, and silicone is a plus
• Ability to venture outside of the company and find and collaborate with production- and knowledge-partners
• Strong sense of design aesthetics
• Enjoy working in 3D modelling tools, such as SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion360 or equivalent
