Summary

Pipedrive is hiring a junior IT support engineer to improve and maintain endpoint security and access control solutions, support business users and stakeholders, and work on projects that deliver value to the business. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in IT support, knowledge of endpoint management and business applications, and be comfortable working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in IT support
• Knowledge of endpoint management and business applications
• Experience working within processes to deliver defined support solutions
• Level 1 support in troubleshooting support issues
• Comfortable working with others within a support solution lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain endpoint security and access control solutions according to internal policies, procedures and technical guidelines
• Improve and maintain technical solutions in global offices (while working from the office several days a week)
• Support business users and stakeholders according to the global schedule
• Execute defined tasks and procedures across a range of technologies
• Work across the business on projects and programs that deliver value to our business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders across business functions to mitigate and resolve support issues
