Summary

The Junior Event Manager role involves supporting the planning and execution of events across various industries for corporate clients and concierge members in EMEA. Key responsibilities include coordinating event details, managing timelines, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining relationships with partners.

Requirements

• Experience in working with a range of stakeholders
• Can demonstrate experience of working within a customer-lead industry and strives to continuously deliver excellent customer service
• A passion for working in a business that places members and customer service at their core as well as commercial success
• A natural communicator who always takes the time to keep their team and colleagues informed and up to date
• Great people skills; you will be recognised as a supportive, effective and highly driven colleague
• Strong organisational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Keen to develop your expertise further as a key contributor to a high-performing events team in a fast paced business

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of exceptional events across various industries
• Coordinate every detail of our events, ensuring they run smoothly and deliver memorable experiences
• Oversee the logistics for events
• Work closely with vendors and partners
• Manage timelines and ensure that all client and member expectations are met
• Ensure events drive engagement and meet the highest standards
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
• Contribute to the overall success of our event strategy
