Summary

The Junior Business Controller supports the financial health of LUXASIA Philippines and its Joint Venture partners. The role involves business partnering, financial simulation, budget planning, performance analysis, SAP FICO management, and leading feasibility studies for new businesses.

Requirements

• Graduate bachelor's degree in accountancy or related business course
• Exposure in taxation and BIR audits
• SAP FI experience is required
• Financial acumen
• Analytical ability

• Process and detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Supports the Business Controller in business partnering with JV Finance Business Partners, LUXASIA Philippines General Managers, LUXASIA Retail Corporation managers
• Responsible for the cascade, implementation and monitoring of country-specific financial guidelines and policies to the organization
• Responsible for financial simulation given various sales and cost drivers
• Supports the Business Controller in the development of the annual budget planning process, long range strategic planning and development of financial strategies and recommendations
• Leads the actualization and analysis of division’s financial performance, presents division and brand P&L highlights with recommended action plans
• Partners with the division managers in the preparation of financial feasibility studies and models for new businesses and pitches
• Performs as the SAP FICO Key User which includes user training, escalation of SAP FICO related queries, communications with Sg and cascade of communications to the Finance team/users, SAP access management

Preferred Qualifications

Preferably holds CPA license
