The ideal candidate should be a Bitcoiner with at least 6 years of experience in HR functions, including 6 years as a Business Partner, and have experience in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business leaders to align People strategies with the overall business objectives of Swan
• Engage directly with managers and individual contributors to understand the needs of Swan's unique employee population
• Support talent development, retention, and succession planning
• Act as a trusted advisor, managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace culture
• Implement performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and professional development
• Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning, and team development
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, proactively addressing compliance matters
• Develop and implement strategies to foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being of all Swans
