Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent

- Workday fluency
- Aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
- Superb organizations skills and attention to detail
- Ability and desire to work with data and synthesize analysis
- Strong work ethic
- High level of integrity, discretion
Responsibilities
Provide support to the Global Business Partner team in core areas including: performance management, headcount planning and attrition management, human capital analytics, retention and succession planning, training and talent development, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding processes, promotion processes and events, exit policies, intern and new hire training
Benefits
