Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent
• At least 1-3 years of prior, relevant experience in an HR capacity
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Workday fluency
• Aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
• Superb organizations skills and attention to detail
• Ability and desire to work with data and synthesize analysis
• Strong work ethic
• High level of integrity, discretion

Responsibilities

Provide support to the Global Business Partner team in core areas including: performance management, headcount planning and attrition management, human capital analytics, retention and succession planning, training and talent development, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding processes, promotion processes and events, exit policies, intern and new hire training
