Summary

eJam is a dynamic consumer products brand incubator seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner in various HR functions. The HRBP will collaborate with department leaders on HR strategies, handle employee relations matters, lead talent management initiatives, and analyze HR data for insights. The candidate must have 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong knowledge of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and analytical abilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
• Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies and programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to develop HR strategies that support business goals and promote a positive work environment
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee development
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and support the delivery of training programs
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and implement changes and improvements as needed

Preferred Qualifications

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred

• Salary: $3,000-$4,000 USD/month
