Junior Support Engineer

Summary

The job is for a Junior Support Engineer at CREALOGIX, a leading FinTech software solutions provider. • Good communication skills in German, both verbally and in writing
• Solution-oriented approach
• High level of self-reliance, team player, and diplomatic negotiation skills
• Good English understanding, basic verbal skills, advanced written skills

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level support to customers
• Troubleshoot service requests and incidents
• Make necessary adjustments to Firewalls, virtual machines, and automated data processing

Preferred Qualifications

Practical experience with a ticketing system like Omnitracker, ServiceNow or JIRA
