Junior IT Support Specialist

Summary

The job is for an IT Support Specialist in Athens, Greece, responsible for managing IT tasks, troubleshooting, and maintaining the company's infrastructure. The role requires at least 6 months of experience as an IT/Network technician, preferably in the retail industry, advanced English language skills, excellent communication abilities, and availability for urgent support outside of business hours.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience as an IT/Network technician, preferably in the retail industry
• Advanced English language skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Availability to perform urgent support services outside of business hours/days

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with internal clients at the headquarters and store locations
• Oversee troubleshooting and support activities at the country level, providing expert assistance when needed
• Respond to escalated help desk issues or divert them to the European Support Teams and/or Service Provider(s)
• Assist in implementing changes and maintaining IT infrastructure
• Collaborate with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate solutions
• Ensure proper inventory and maintenance of company assets by users
• Serve as a backup point of contact on all IT-related matters
• Suggest improvements to IT processes and systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus

Monthly gross salary: 1.100 - 1.400 (depending on skillset & experience)
