Junior IT Systems Engineer in Germany

Summary

The job description is for an IT Systems Engineer position at a SaaS company that helps businesses maximize their sales potential in Europe and the USA. Requirements

• Mid-level background in IT Systems
• Experience with physical IT Infrastructure
• Engagement for operative excellence
• Good technical experience with OKTA, Confluence, Google GWS, Slack, Asana and OpenVPN
• Knowledge of 3CX Telephone System, Watchguard Firewalls, VMware Workspace One and AssetPanda
• Experience with the support of physical infrastructure, including servers, NAS and network equipment
• Experience in managing multiple SaaS tools and delegating responsibility
• Excellent German and English skills
• Outstanding communication skills and teamwork
• Strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITIL principles
• Experience in ending Active Directory domains
• Experience in decommissioning IT hardware and software
• Knowledge of public cloud solutions
• Knowledge of at least one common scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Bash
• Knowledge about internal audits and vulnerability management regarding ISO27001
• Knowledge of advanced authentication methods like SSO, passwordless authentication, biometric authentication and other modern authentication technologies
