Junior Onboarding Coordinator

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or legal would be considered an asset
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and platforms
• 2-3 years in a service-oriented role
• Spanish language speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, new merchants and partners
• Handle merchant and partner change requests post-onboarding is completed
• Ensuring data is correctly entered into the onboarding system
• Handle cases in a timely manner
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for onboarding
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries and issues between the business and new merchants and partners
• Collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience
• Identify areas of process improvement/gaps in the system and escalate accordingly
