Delivery Manager

Summary

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role or at the top tier consultancy (BCG, Bain, AT Kerney, McKinsey)
• Proven track record of successfully delivered projects
• Project/product management experience (Product Owner, Project Leader, Project Manager, Project Coordinator roles)
• Experience with client relationship management/sales
• Understanding of modern web development process
• English C1 (close to native speaker)

Responsibilities

• Supervising the delivery of data-intensive projects for Customers from different industries
• Ensuring Customer satisfaction
• Understanding Customer goals they want to achieve with the project
• Providing Customers with the best service experience
• Building a solid relationship with the Customer
• Guiding Customers during the project
• Advising on the release process
• Ensuring that the Customer is successful thanks to our project and wants to continue working on it
• Directly manage contributors & junior managers
