Requirements

  • Experience in customer support or client-facing roles is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and other project management tools
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Adaptability

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for founders throughout the onboarding process, guiding them through each step and ensuring a smooth experience
  • Coordinate and manage the completion of all required deliverables from issuers. Ensure that all necessary documents and information are submitted on time
  • Track onboarding deadlines and ensure founders are aware of key milestones. Proactively notify Senior Onboarding Managers of any missed or upcoming deadlines
  • Identify and escalate complex questions or issues to the Senior Onboarding Managers for resolution
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate notes of all conversations with founders. Relay information to Senior Onboarding Managers to ensure they are well-informed of each company’s status

Benefits
