Junior Paid Media Specialist

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in paid media or at a marketing agency (internships count!)
• Comfortable working in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Eager to learn and grow—you're curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
• Team player who communicates well and meets deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist in launching and managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other ad platforms
• Help gather and analyze performance data (CTR, ROAS, conversions) and assist in compiling weekly/monthly reports
• Support the media team with keyword research, ad copy, and audience segmentation
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account teams to bring campaigns to life
• Monitor budgets and pacing, flagging under/over-spending to team leads
• Stay current on ad platform trends, creative testing strategies, and paid media best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or programmatic tools (like StackAdapt) is a bonus
