Requirements

• A strong interest in the HR domain with a generalist focus
• Holds solid theoretical understanding of HR best practices
• Studies or certifications in HR-related fields
• Solid understanding of relevant labor legislation and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Outgoing personality, excellent communication, and organizational skills
• A commitment to integrity and dependability
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of all employment documents and payroll inputs
• Update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are consistent with any changes in legislation and best practices
• Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes, oversee benefits management, and handle visa application processes
• Manage and update the internal database and HRIS to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date
• Generate various reports and participate in compensation and benefits projects, providing insights and support
• Participate in HR projects, including events management and broader people operations initiatives
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, assist new joiners, and support local staff with office administration and management
