Junior Project Manager

Summary

Join Roadsurfer, Europe's largest outdoor travel expert, as an IT Project Manager to support the digitalization of internal processes. You will define software requirements, manage the selection of SaaS solutions, implement tools and workflows, and provide systemic support for internal tools. This role requires initial experience in IT project or product management, experience with SaaS solutions, strong communication skills, and technical understanding. Requirements

• Have already gained initial professional experience as an IT Project Manager, Product Manager, or in similar roles
• Have initial experience with the implementation and continuous development of SaaS solutions
• Have strong communication skills and good English proficiency
• Have a technical understanding and are able to clearly articulate complex issues

Responsibilities

• Support IT initiatives for the digitalization of internal processes and drive them forward
• Define software requirements and manage the selection process for external SaaS solutions together with the relevant departments
• Be responsible for the implementation of the tools and corresponding workflows, and manage these together with the team (possibly with external partners)
• Be responsible for the systemic support of internal tools and configure our architecture to meet the needs of different stakeholders
• Be the main point of contact for all internal stakeholders and keep their needs regarding the different solutions in mind
