Summary
Join Development InfoStructure LLC. (DEVIS) as a Personal Services Contractor (PSC) Recruitment Associate/Junior Recruiter! This proposal position, contingent upon contract award, offers administrative support in recruiting PSCs for diverse roles. You will manage recruitment materials, communicate with applicants, source candidates using various strategies, screen applications, build client relationships, conduct market research, and ensure compliance. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 1-2 years of administrative experience are required. The role demands strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to obtain a secret clearance.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, International Affairs, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and support DEI initiatives in recruitment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on delivering results within tight deadlines
- Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications, especially Microsoft Office 365
- Must be able to obtain a secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of recruitment materials and files
- Facilitate communication with applicants through correspondence and participation in recruitment events
- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles, including networking, social media, job boards, and recruiting databases
- Conduct primary review of application materials prior to interview process
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their staffing requirements and to provide consultative support on candidate selection and workforce planning
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market dynamics, and best practices in recruitment to support improvement of recruitment strategies and processes
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation of all recruitment activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Broad network of contacts domestically and internationally
