Junior Recruiter

Summary

As a contract Talent Sourcer at DevRev, you will manage inbound pipelines, build and maintain LinkedIn projects to proactively identify candidates, assist in scheduling interviews, and stay up-to-date with industry trends. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in GTM recruiting or sourcing, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, and a passion for identifying top talent.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a GTM recruiting or sourcing role, preferably within the tech industry
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and platforms
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to sourcing challenges
• Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices in talent acquisition
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse
• A passion for identifying and attracting top talent, with a keen eye for spotting potential
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound pipelines and applications, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for various roles across the organization
• Build and maintain LinkedIn projects to proactively identify and engage potential candidates
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Craft and support the development of job postings and outreach messages
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment to continuously improve our processes
