Junior Recruiter

Summary

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in recruiting, preferably in an international environment
• Sound knowledge of social recruiting and handling various social media platforms
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken; additional languages are a great bonus!
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented work style
• Teamwork and an open, cooperative attitude
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a virtual and global environment

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from the first contact to the contract signing
• Identify and address candidates via various online channels, especially on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, and TikTok
• Co-develop tailor-made recruitment strategies to attract the best talents worldwide
• Maintain an international talent pool and build long-term relationships with potential candidates
• Conduct interviews and select the best candidates
• Collaborate with departments to understand the requirements for new employees and ensure that hires reflect the company culture and values
