Responsibilities

• Conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK - helping them get a better deal on their commercial insurance, telecommunications or energy
• Establishing customer needs and identify sales opportunities
• Acting as the customer’s account executive or account manager
• Creating relationships with our customers, giving them a world-class service
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's
