Junior SEO Marketing Specialist

Summary

Join Luxury Presence as an SEO Marketing Specialist and contribute to the growth of elite real estate brands by implementing SEO strategies. You will be responsible for writing SEO titles, descriptions, and metadata; performing new client setup; updating keyword rankings and monthly search volume; and completing other SEO tasks as assigned. This role requires excellent English writing skills, keen attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and Philippine residency. The position demands a specific work schedule (2:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Tuesdays to Saturdays), access to a laptop/desktop and reliable internet (25 mbps minimum), and a valid government ID and bank account. Previous SEO experience and knowledge of specific tools are a plus. The compensation is $400-$400 per month.

• Own a laptop or desktop
• Have an internet connection that is at least 25 mbps
• Have a valid government ID
• Have an existing bank account or be willing to open one if hired

Responsibilities

• Writing SEO titles, descriptions, and metadata for website pages on a backend platform similar to WordPress
• Performing new client setup
• Updating keyword ranking (Keywords Analysis)
• Updating monthly search volume
• Other tasks within the scope of SEO as assigned by your team lead

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in background SEO is a plus
• Knowledge in tools such Agency Analytics, Google Data Studio, GMB, Asana, and HubSpot is a plus
