Summary
Join ChargePoint's European be.ENERGISED Sales Team as a key player in the electric vehicle revolution. This highly visible role focuses on new customer acquisition for ChargePoint's White-Label Enablement Software, targeting major industry players. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals and contract renewals. Success requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of the EV charging ecosystem. The position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to a rapidly growing market and work remotely within the UK.
Requirements
- Currently sell at an enterprise level in a closing role
- Be a confident and polished communicator, capable of building strong and lasting working relationships
- Have proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally and in an intercultural, global team
- Be business fluent in English
- Have several years of experience working in similar roles and/or industry
- Be willing to travel, as our customers are spread all over Europe
Responsibilities
- Manage a wide variety of workstreams from near-term revenue generation to long-term project cultivation across various partner divisions and geographies
- Take responsibility for the whole sales cycle from identifying prospects to negotiations and closing
- Hunt and attract new customers
- Provide downstream support, upselling, and contract renewals
- Develop a deep understanding of all aspects of the EV charging ecosystem, from cloud services and mobile applications to charging hardware and support services
- Research, identify and work on tenders published by EV charging companies
- Work closely with teams across a range of divisions within the SaaS Sales division, as well as with colleagues across multiple departments within ChargePoint (including Regional Sales, Marketing, Support, Product Management, Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.), to ensure the delivery of milestones
Preferred Qualifications
- Have knowledge of the eMobility industry
- Have an interest in technical selling/consulting and be confident in working in a high-growth environment
- Have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Energy, Economics
- Speak further languages
