Join Packmatic, a leading digital platform for packaging procurement, and become a visionary sales professional driving growth in the Nordics region. You will develop sales in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, proactively seeking new customers and managing complex decision-making processes. This role requires strong B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or industrial environments, and a deep understanding of the Nordic market. Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales, ideally with a focus on SaaS or industrial environments
- With your understanding of the Nordic market and your presence in Stockholm, build sustainable customer relationships - culturally appropriate and close to the action
- Think in a structured way, work independently and move confidently between different decision-making levels

- Be a native Swedish speaker and fluent in English
- Be flexible, willing to travel and work closely with our Berlin team (on site about every 6 weeks)
Responsibilities
- Develop sales in Sweden, Denmark and Finland - from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract
- Constantly and proactively look for new customers - and present our platform to various stakeholders - from purchasing to technology to management
- Manage complex decision-making processes and ensure first-class stakeholder management across departments
- Coordinate closely with the German team, e.g. for demos, technical coordination or offer processes
- Work closely with SDRs and come up with creative new ways to continuously generate even more deals and share these ideas with the team
- Represent Packmatic to the outside world and act confidently in front of buyers and the management of your customers
- Be responsible for an annual sales volume of 500,000 to 800,000 euros
- By strategically expanding your customer relationships, identify and realize targeted up- and cross-selling potential - and thus make a significant contribution to growth
