  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with strategic clients in the gaming B2B industry
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges
  • Ensure the successful delivery of our gaming solutions and services to clients, meeting or exceeding their expectations
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand service offerings and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
  • Monitor client performance and satisfaction, providing regular updates and reports to senior management
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners
