Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in account management or sales, ideally within the gaming or technology industry
- Strong understanding of the gaming B2B landscape, with knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively
- Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with strategic clients in the gaming B2B industry
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges
- Ensure the successful delivery of our gaming solutions and services to clients, meeting or exceeding their expectations
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand service offerings and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
- Monitor client performance and satisfaction, providing regular updates and reports to senior management
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners
