Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years account management experience in banking or other financial services or in the fintech space
  • Previous success in selling complex B2B technology products
  • Record of working with enterprise customers and solving for their needs with a technology product offering
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets
  • Access to a network of executive and influencers in the relevant markets
  • Willingness and ability to travel

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key clients, taking responsibility for the entire relationship, including strategic, commercial and operational aspects
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders with a view to driving strategic alignment and growing the account via upsell and cross-sell of Entersekt’s products
  • Lead all commercial negotiations and contracting processes with the clients in your portfolio
  • Oversee key account management best practices, coordinate activities, and measure progress
  • Work with prospects and customers to understand their procurement processes and project timelines
  • Provide accurate reporting and forecasting for each of a portfolio of customers via Salesforce
  • Compile and relay market intelligence and product requirements to the Product Development teams
  • Assess sales resources and identify ways to maximise the use and development of these resources
  • Assist Marketing through collaboration on blogs, presentations, webinars, case studies, and other assets

  • Proactive, takes the initiative, is able to problem-solve
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver on client requirements
  • A strong generalist who enjoys the variety inherent in the role
