Key Account Manager

Summary

Join TheFork's vibrant team and champion restaurant culture by driving revenue growth and acquiring new restaurant partners. You will build strong relationships with restaurants, providing strategic and operational support. Responsibilities include actively sourcing new restaurants, negotiating beneficial terms, and ensuring compliance with TheFork standards. You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth within an existing portfolio of restaurants by promoting TheFork's solutions
• Build long-term relationships, acting as the main point of contact
• Provide ongoing strategic and operational support (e.g. revenue management, online marketing, tool usage)
• Actively source and acquire new restaurants (especially groups or chains)
• Identify and contact key decision-makers, pitch TheFork’s value, and secure new partnerships
• Develop and execute action plans with Sales, Marketing, and other departments
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance product offerings and restaurant performance (e.g. promotions, TheFork Festival, YUMS program)
• Negotiate mutually beneficial terms with restaurants to optimize their profitability and occupancy
• Ensure restaurant compliance with TheFork standards and policies to guarantee a strong user experience
• Track KPIs including revenue growth, promotional participation, and user satisfaction
• Propose improvements based on client feedback and market insights
