Knowledge Enablement Manager

Summary

Join Jobber as a Knowledge Enablement Manager and design the systems that make knowledge content useful, searchable, and scalable for the Sales organization. You will ensure mission-critical context is accessible, manage the information architecture for the sales knowledge ecosystem, drive adoption, and govern content standards. This foundational role shapes how knowledge flows across the business. You will help drive the knowledge management strategy, design and maintain scalable information architecture, govern the sales wiki, codify knowledge into reusable assets, and drive the end-to-end content lifecycle. Success will be measured by content tagging, productivity gains, sales wiki adoption, workflow support, content readiness for AI, and CSAT. You will build an engagement model, sales wiki framework, asset templates, knowledge tagging models, and role-specific content libraries.

Requirements

• Demonstrated years of experience in knowledge management, enablement operations, or content strategy
• Experience building and governing knowledge systems (Guru, Notion, Confluence, etc.)
• Fluency in information architecture, taxonomy design, and content lifecycle workflows
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams including technical and go-to-market functions

Responsibilities

• Help drive the knowledge management strategy and drive implementation of engagement models, improved tools etc
• Design and maintain scalable information architecture and taxonomy to power self-serve discovery
• Govern the sales wiki and related systems to ensure content is accurate, trustworthy, and role-aligned
• Codify tribal and tacit knowledge into searchable, structured, and reusable knowledge assets
• Drive the end-to-end content lifecycle (creation, validation, tagging, review, deprecation)
• Partner with AI and Innovation teams to ready content for copilots, search, and chat-based interfaces
• Champion search performance, adoption, and usability across GTM tools and workflows

Experience integrating knowledge with AI platforms, copilots, or enterprise search tools
