Summary
Join ServiceNow's Global Sales Leadership Development team as a Senior Manager to design and deliver world-class leadership programs for global sales leaders. Partner with Global Learning Business Partners, aligning business priorities with leadership capability needs. Integrate AI tools and methods into program creation, delivery, and evaluation. Apply a data-driven mindset to measure program effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making. Act as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders, influencing at all levels. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure program alignment with business strategies. Communicate effectively across various platforms. Work across global time zones and travel internationally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in leadership development, including prior experience as a people leader managing high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of the SaaS selling environment and associated go-to-market motions
- Proven track record of integrating AI tools into daily workflows and leadership programs
- Strong industry and business acumen, with the ability to link leadership development directly to business growth
- Exceptional executive presence and influence skills, with a proven ability to engage and enable senior leaders across cultures and geographies
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones (within reason) and travel globally as needed, typically a minimum of once per QTR but not limited to
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Global Learning Business Partners (LBP) to support and advise on program intake, assess field requests, and align on global priorities
- Design, deliver, and continuously evolve leadership development programs tailored for a fast-paced, global SaaS sales organization
- Integrate AI tools and methods into every aspect of program creation, delivery, and evaluation, embedding AI into the DNA of our leadership curriculum
- Showcase real-world AI-first approaches in our program content, leader experiences, and enablement materials to inspire adoption across our sales leadership community
- Apply a data-driven mindset to measure program effectiveness, analyse ROI, and inform strategic decision-making
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders, bringing business acumen and executive presence to influence at all levels
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure programs align with business strategies, sales motions, and market trends
- Communicate with clarity and impact when facilitating sessions, delivering executive presentations, and telling compelling stories that connect with leaders worldwide
- Work across global time zones and travel internationally to deliver in-person sessions and engage with stakeholders in-region
Preferred Qualifications
- A coaching qualification and background is a bonus
- Other notable skills and qualifications (for example Strengths Finders coach, DISC/Insights qualified coach, Emotional Intelligence qualified practitioner...etc)
