Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including but not limited to account management, project management or customer success, preferably in legal, professional services, or B2B software as a service
  • Passion for client service and process improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, highly matrixed work environment
  • Superb judgment, maturity, and thoughtfulness
  • Expert high-impact communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine reporting and operational mechanics for Projects business: Work closely with Finance, Sales Ops, Talent, and other internal departments to create the metrics capture processes, reporting mechanisms, and targets to track the health and performance of the Large Projects business
  • Navigate internal software systems to understand where we can better report on business health and where we may need to adjust our approach
  • Enforce data entry requirements with Sales team in Salesforce maintenance for Projects opportunities
  • Own coordination of materials across Strategy, Sales Enablement, and Marketing, liaising with representatives from each function
  • Drive content initiatives forward and manage all stakeholders
  • Work closely with Solutions team to ensure all Projects in the pipeline are up to date in Projects Tracker and collect deal updates from Sales where applicable
  • Ensure data is correct and matters in the pipeline are entered correctly
  • Provide weekly snapshots of Projects pipeline for senior leadership including ELT
  • Own the workflows required to transition projects from pipeline to active book – ensure templates are filled out with project information, transition meetings are scheduled, and Planner card is up to date
  • Coordinate active team updates with Delivery Managers each week and bubble up any performance concerns
  • Keep active content library of proposals, weekly reporting templates, and any other helpful materials
  • Train on and act as Monday.com expert, the workflow tool newly deployed for the Projects business
  • Project manage various projects undertaken by the Projects business including running our Team Lead program, managing logistics for Team Lead participants and setting up quarterly Team Lead training cohorts for new additions to the bench

Experience working for or within corporate legal departments

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range for this role based in Chicago, Dallas, or Atlanta is $104,500 - 117,000
  • Annual Bonus Plan which on target would be 20% of your base salary for a Manager level role in our Strategy and Development business unit
