Join our team as a LatAm Data Sales Manager / Director and play a key role in supporting the company's growth by planning and executing strategies and sales tactics in the data sales market, focusing on defence, intelligence, and security customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a Business Development or Sales role within APAC
  • A background in Geospatial or Satellite imagery Sales is preferred
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated
  • Prior track record of achievement in positions with accountability
  • Hunter mentality with solid sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • An extensive customer network within APAC is a must

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact & meet with clients to exceed quota, move prospects to contract close, and expand ICEYE's presence across assigned client base
  • Lead sales campaigns in conjunction with marketing, initiating customized proposals and communication for clients, and develop familiarity with potential clients to best meet their priorities
  • Generate your own leads and build customer pipelines
  • Accelerate customer adoption
  • Work with partners to extend reach
  • Lead contract negotiations
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure customer happiness and success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for the Space sector
  • A network of existing clients in the Defence and Intelligence space, especially MODs across the APAC region
  • Experience of working in a company that is experiencing high pace growth year on year and being able to match that by contributing to the bottom line from an early stage
  • A good knowledge of Synthetic Aperture Radar
  • Experience within a SaaS background
