Summary

Join Nearform's People and Talent Team as a Learning and Development specialist for a 9-month fixed-term contract based in the UK or Ireland. You will play a key role in enhancing the colleague cultural experience around learning and inclusivity. Responsibilities include delivering engaging training sessions, managing the learning management system, tracking training effectiveness, collaborating with stakeholders, and coordinating learning programs. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in L&D, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools. Requirements

  • Proven experience in learning and development roles
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Training Needs Assessment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, leveraging various delivery methods
  • Manage and maintain our learning management system (Leapsome). Upkeep the existing learning courses
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements. Provide quarterly learning reports for the business
  • Work closely with the People Team, leadership, and other departments to align learning initiatives with business goals
  • Plan and coordinate learning programs and initiatives. Promote existing and new learning in the company
  • Manage our internal Learning and Development Policy, tracking the learning budget and providing support to employees
  • Provide support in the People Team projects as required
