Summary

Wrike is seeking a Lead Revenue Operations Analyst to join their GTM team. The role involves providing operational support, tracking delivery against strategy and OKRs, leading root cause analysis, partnering with other teams for reporting, project managing key initiatives, and performing other support tasks. Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in sales and customer success operations/strategy roles, strong problem-solving skills, data analysis abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Combination of 5+ years of experience in sales and customer success operations/strategy role; preferably at B2B SaaS companies, or experience in similar operations, growth, strategy type roles in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem structuring and written / verbal communication skills
  • You love using data to drive insights and business decisions; familiarity with SQL and data query/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Domo)
  • Ability to influence without authority and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to scope and deliver projects independently end-to-end
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand GTM policies and processes

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational ‘run the business’ support for each GTM function (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing)
  • Track ongoing delivery against GTM strategy and OKRs
  • Work closely with GTM leadership to drive actions and track progress
  • Lead deep-dive root cause analysis on specific, high-priority business challenges
  • Partner with Finance, Data, Systems, and other teams to develop and improve regular business-critical reporting
  • Project manage and prioritize key cross-functional initiatives
  • Other support including quota and capacity planning and administration, compensation design, conflict resolution against RoE, GTM transformation initiatives, etc
