Requirements
- 6+ years in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Proven ability to develop demand generation strategies with measurable outcomes. Skilled in using analytics to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth, with a passion for innovation and creativity
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams, ensuring alignment between Marketing and Sales
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute always-on / evergreen and quarterly integrated marketing campaigns across key channels, including digital advertising, email, social media, direct mail, and content marketing. Ensure that each campaign supports demand and lead generation and aligns with overall business goals
- Work closely with content and product marketing teams to develop compelling, audience-centric messaging and assets that reinforce campaign goals and resonate with target audiences
- In partnership with digital marketing and events, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, leveraging data insights to drive improvements in engagement, lead conversion, and ROI. Adjust strategies and tactics based on data to continuously enhance outcomes
- Partner with Sales teams to ensure campaign goals are aligned with sales objectives, maximizing relevance and impact on lead quality and pipeline acceleration
- Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to refine lead scoring models, optimize lead routing, and streamline handoff processes. Ensure seamless lead flow throughout the funnel to enhance conversion rates and maximize pipeline efficiency
- In partnership with digital marketing and events, oversee campaign budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively and campaigns remain within budget while achieving maximum impact
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging tools to explore innovative tactics that boost campaign effectiveness. Test and iterate new ideas to keep programs fresh and competitive
