The ideal candidate will lead the development team in designing, building, and maintaining scalable software solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, React, React Native, and Python
• Experience with AWS services, cloud architecture, and scalable infrastructure
• Deep understanding of MySQL, database design, and optimization
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience mentoring and leading development teams to deliver high-quality products

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team in designing, building, and maintaining scalable software solutions
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle from planning to deployment, ensuring that the team follows best practices and meets deadlines
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including the product team, to translate business Qualifications into technical specifications
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the software architecture
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team in solving complex technical challenges
• Maintain hands-on coding expertise in key areas such as Node.js, React, React Native, AWS, and MySQL
• Review code, implement automated testing, and ensure code quality
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements for the software stack and processes
