Requirements

  • 5+ years in React and its ecosystem (Hooks, Next.js, etc.)
  • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and Drupal, particularly in headless or decoupled configurations
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and CMS API endpoints
  • Proven experience as a technical lead or senior frontend developer in complex web projects
  • Prior experience with headless CMS architectures
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of scalable, maintainable, and performant React-based frontend applications
  • Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and code standards
  • Leverage expertise in WordPress and Drupal to integrate, manage, and optimize CMS functionality in headless architectures
  • Oversee the implementation of custom modules, plugins, and themes as needed
  • Plan and document technical solutions for headless CMS projects, including API integration strategies and content workflows
  • Ensure compatibility between frontend frameworks and CMS platforms
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions
  • Clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Optimize frontend performance for speed, responsiveness, and scalability
