This is a full-time, remote position offering a fixed monthly salary in USD plus a performance bonus.
Requirements
- Full-time commitment while meeting our general availability for office hours (3 - 6 PM CET)
- An average of 120 to 140 tracked hours per month consistently
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, in an agency setting
- Strong experience in lead generation for agencies with main leads being eCommerce stores and SAAS companies (non-negotiable)
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and booked calls
- Expertise in utilizing multiple lead generation channels, including but not limited to Cold Email, LinkedIn, SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media (Meta Ads, etc)
- Ability to manage and optimize lead generation budgets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
- Ability to work independently and proactively suggest new strategies for lead generation
- Strong focus on the main target of the position (to generate qualified leads)
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Lead Generation channels across multiple platforms, both inbound and outbound
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to align Lead Generation efforts with broader business goals
- Suggest and implement new lead generation strategies (independence is welcome as long as results are there)
- Oversee the budget for lead generation channels, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Report directly to the CEO and maintain a close working relationship with the Sales Manager
- Continuously monitor the quality of leads and adjust strategies as needed to ensure high-quality results
- Generate leads specifically for eCommerce stores for our core services (Email, SMS marketing, and UGC ads), as well as SAAS companies for CRM Optimization and agencies for Recruitment as a Service
- Manage opening new lead generation channels for other services we might develop in the future
- Maintain autonomy in your role while making sure targets and KPIs are met
