Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience as an Lead Generation Specialist
• Confident user of LinkedIn as a tool for research and building talent pipelines
• Upper-intermediate level proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, productivity software, MS Excel, or Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-management and initiative
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach to individuals via LinkedIn and other sources
• Establish initial contact with potential instructors
• Collaborate with the pre-production team members to understand requirements and execute established sourcing strategies
• Keep a well-organized record of potential candidates and maintain regular communication
