Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven success in previous work as a Lead Manager in Real Estate
• Has experience in skip tracing
• No other work commitments
• Know how to use Google Chrome and learn how to use web-based applications

Responsibilities

• Following up on all leads and converting those to appointments
• Building rapport with our leads, and following up on all appointments ensuring success for each completed appointment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure all leads are followed up on appropriately
• Skip tracing
• Call and manage FSBO leads
