Summary

Headway is a mental healthcare startup that aims to make therapy accessible for everyone by building a national network of providers accepting insurance. The company is seeking an operational leader to build and lead a growth operations function responsible for scaling Headway's growth engine. This role involves driving conversion rates, implementing plans to grow and accelerate conversion rates, managing the forecast model, leveraging competitive intelligence, and collaborating with other functions.

Requirements

  • Have ~3+ YOE (including ~1-2 years of experience in strategic management consulting and/or ~ 1-2 years of experience in Business Operations or Strategy roles in high growth startups). Prior experience in Growth function is a nice to have
  • Naturally break down complex, unfamiliar problems into well-defined, easy to understand areas of work
  • Have a passion for and experience leading projects and working x-functionally with people in an operational/analytical capacity
  • Skilled at navigating complex relationships with senior x-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes; naturally build win-win relationships that drive mutual success in the long term

Responsibilities

  • Drive E2E growth of conversion rates at each stage of the funnel (while minimizing churn)
  • Build, own, and implement plan to continuously grow and accelerate conversion rates across each step of the funnel
  • Own, manage, and proactively update growth forecast model (including leadership team updates)
  • Leverage competitive intelligence to improve conversion rates, forecasting, analyses, and broader rev ops strategy
  • Manage the process of setting and communicating campaign quotas, working closely with Strategic Finance
  • Collaborate x-functionally to have an immediate impact on identified areas of opportunity (either by leading projects or working through collaboration with other functions such as marketing, sales, customer success, and enablement)
