Summary
Join Lumin Digital as the Director of Revenue Operations to drive efficiency and strategy across revenue-generating functions, ensuring alignment between teams and optimizing performance. This role is crucial in shaping the future of Lumin Digital's revenue operations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Proven track record in leading revenue operations, marketing operations, or a similar function
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change across multiple departments
- Prior experience in a SaaS or fintech environment
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
- At least 3+ years in a leadership role managing diverse teams
Responsibilities
- Create, Grow and Lead the operations of the Revenue Operations team
- Assist in the development and ongoing cadence of the consultant program and partner enablement initiatives
- Create and collaborate HubSpot reports, dashboards, and BOD decks/data to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Assist in the planning and execution of key sales events, including SKOs, QBRβs and other Sales related meetings and functions
- Assist in the management and ongoing changes in the companyβs price book, margin analysis advancements, and implementing new SKUβs in coordination with Product Management
- Ensure proper alignment and execution of contracts (SOW) and legal processes in collaboration with the Legal and Delivery departments
- Partner with finance to update partners on key financial metrics and performance indicators
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial modeling and margin analysis
- Legal knowledge related to SOW and contracts
Benefits
$140,000 - $180,000 a year
