Requirements

  • Extensive experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
  • Proven track record in leading revenue operations, marketing operations, or a similar function
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change across multiple departments
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or fintech environment
  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
  • At least 3+ years in a leadership role managing diverse teams

Responsibilities

  • Create, Grow and Lead the operations of the Revenue Operations team
  • Assist in the development and ongoing cadence of the consultant program and partner enablement initiatives
  • Create and collaborate HubSpot reports, dashboards, and BOD decks/data to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Assist in the planning and execution of key sales events, including SKOs, QBR’s and other Sales related meetings and functions
  • Assist in the management and ongoing changes in the company’s price book, margin analysis advancements, and implementing new SKU’s in coordination with Product Management
  • Ensure proper alignment and execution of contracts (SOW) and legal processes in collaboration with the Legal and Delivery departments
  • Partner with finance to update partners on key financial metrics and performance indicators

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with financial modeling and margin analysis
  • Legal knowledge related to SOW and contracts

Benefits

$140,000 - $180,000 a year
