Lead Systems Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud computing and supporting, scaling, and standardizing SaaS tools
• Experience and understanding of AI tools and systems
• Proven ability to lead a team of engineers, including mentoring and fostering communication and collaboration
• Experience utilizing CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) tools, APIs

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, with heavy focus on developing and maintaining standards for SaaS tools
• Working through complex issues and improving the maturity of current SaaS tooling
• Oversee operational AI software to optimize IT operations and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support system operations and compliance efforts
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert-level understanding of AI tools and complexities
• Expert-level knowledge of SaaS standardizations and a variety of SaaS tools
• Intermediate understanding of Google Cloud Platform
