Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and nurturing strong communities for successful Web3 projects
• Prior experience in end-to-end driving the community & marketing of a successful Token Launch on a global scale
• Deep understanding of the Web3 space and its target audience
• Strong proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Twitter, YouTube & Discord, with a track record of building vibrant & sustainable online communities
• Experience in managing and engaging with online communities, with a focus on building positive relationships and fostering a sense of belonging
• Experience in content creation (video, graphics, written content) for social media
• Strong understanding of Telegram and Discord platform management, moderation tools, and bot integration
• Deep understanding of Web3 technology, blockchain, & decentralized ecosystems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for articulating complex ideas in an easy-to-understand & compelling manner
• Design to Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful launch of our Token Launch on a global scale, driving awareness and participation within the crypto community
• Demonstrate a track record of delivering on growth metrics from 0 to 1
• Create and execute strategies to generate hype and excitement around our Web3 gaming product, leveraging social media platforms such as Twitter, Youtube and Discord
• Develop and implement Web3 marketing campaigns to promote our gaming platform and attract new users, utilizing innovative techniques to reach target audiences
• Craft and communicate the company's overall narrative in alignment with our Web3 vision, effectively conveying our value proposition to stakeholders
• Negotiate and manage partnerships and sponsorships with influencers, media outlets, and other relevant entities to enhance brand visibility and community engagement
• Utilize the Whisper, Tease, Convert Approach, Employ a tiered marketing strategy beginning with 'Whisper' tactics to subtly engage key influencers and thought leaders early on. Progress to 'Tease' tactics that reveal exciting glimpses of our Web3 offerings to stimulate interest and buzz. Finally, use 'Convert' strategies to drive broad public engagement and participation, turning interest into active involvement and investment in our Token Launch and gaming platform
• Build and maintain an engaged community of players, investors, and enthusiasts, through both online and offline events like hackathons, workshops, and conferences, fostering interactions and driving engagement
• Develop and implement strategies for community engagement, content creation, and event planning. Ensure content and marketing materials are culturally and linguistically appropriate, expanding reach across various media platforms
• Utilize advanced analytics to track engagement and ROI, adapting strategies based on community feedback to optimize outreach and improve user experience
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize impact and return on investment in community growth and marketing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• A creative strategist with a passion for gaming and a knack for generating out-of-the-box ideas in the Web3 space and seeing them through to execution with constrained resources
• Strong project management capabilities with high attention to detail & taking extreme ownership of all deliverables & timelines
