Summary

Join the Chomps Learner Program as an IT Learner and embark on a journey of growth and exploration. You will play a key role in supporting the IT department's mission to maintain a secure, efficient, and user-friendly technology environment. Provide hands-on technical support, contribute to critical IT projects, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new team members. This role offers the opportunity to grow your technical skills while making a meaningful impact on the company's day-to-day operations. The program is designed to foster your development, drive innovation, and potentially pave the way for full-time employment. This is a part-time, 6-month temporary position with potential for extension or conversion to full-time.

Requirements

• Previous experience with Office 365 administration
• Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive administration
• Previous technical support experience with Windows and Mac
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong emphasis on IT security and understanding the importance of Cybersecurity at a fast-growing company
• Good written and spoken skills
• A large appetite to learn
• Strong ability to quickly shift gears

Responsibilities

• Provide Windows technical support to employees across the company, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues
• Assist in managing Office 365 services, including SharePoint, Intune, licensing, and the company intranet
• Support cybersecurity initiatives by helping monitor and mitigate potential threats and promoting best practices across the organization
• Contribute to IT-led projects such as Microsoft Teams migration and digital record retention improvements
• Assist in onboarding new hires by setting up accounts, provisioning equipment, and continuously improving the IT onboarding experience
